Insert pieces are produced via integral casting using specified heat-resistant alloy grades. The casting process follows controlled temperature profiles to achieve consistent metallurgical structure. Post-casting heat treatment includes stress relieving at 580°C for 4 hours to reduce thermal fatigue risk during operation. The selected material formulation resists sulfur-induced corrosion from heavy fuel oil combustion byproducts.
All mating surfaces undergo 5-axis CNC machining to achieve specified tolerances. Sealing surfaces receive a surface finish of Ra 1.6μm to maintain gas-tight fit with turbine casings and nozzle rings. Each unit receives dimensional inspection via coordinate measuring machine before packaging.

Each production batch completes three mandatory inspection stages: ultrasonic flaw detection for internal casting defects, high-temperature stress testing at 700°C for 2 hours, and 100% dimensional inspection of critical surfaces. Batch qualification rate is maintained at 99.7% based on 2025 production data. Test reports are available for shipment verification.
Insert pieces are installed during turbocharger major overhauls, typically at 12,000 operating hour intervals. Replacement is recommended when visual inspection reveals thermal cracking exceeding 2mm in length, or surface erosion exceeding 0.5mm in depth. Installation requires specified torque values for casing bolts per turbocharger manufacturer service manuals.
Over 200 standard models are maintained in inventory for immediate shipment. Standard lead time for in-stock items is 7-10 working days after payment confirmation. Custom production for non-standard models requires 15-20 working days, with drawing verification provided before production begins.
All units include a 12-month warranty from date of installation, covering material and manufacturing defects. Each shipment includes material test reports, dimensional inspection records, and CCS certification copies upon request. Technical support is available for fitment verification via part number or sample matching.
Compatibility can be verified by providing the turbocharger model number, original part number, or a technical drawing of the existing component. For critical applications, sample matching service is available to confirm dimensional accuracy before bulk order.
